East Ridge Fictional Animals Adapt
Friday, November 20, 2009

Student in Kathryn Nielsen’s class at East Ridge designed fictional animals.  “Each animal was required to have three physiological adaptations to help them survive a particular environment.  The students had to give their animals a scientific name and explain how the adaptations helped their animal survive.  Students also were required to explain if those adaptations would allow their animal survive if there was a sudden environmental change,” Nielsen explained.
